How can I change or cancel order after it has been submitted?


You have 24 hours to change your order from the time the order is submitted. Payment or billing information cannot be altered once an order is placed. To request changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service at 01100701218. We are available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday.



How can I return my ordered products?


You can return the purchased product(s) within 7 days of the purchase date free of charge to any of our MiTara stores, or by shipping the product(s) back to us with the order receipt.



What are my payment options to place an order?


The following payment options are accepted:
- Credit or Debit Card.
- Cash on Delivery. This options is provided with extra fee.



Why was my order delayed or canceled?


Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. They can be, but not limited to:
- Items ordered
- Quantity of items ordered
- How long the item was sitting in your shopping bag
- The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file
- You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.
If any of these conditions applies to your order, you may be contacted by our Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.
